LEGAL WEDDING

For this, you only need to have:

• Copies of the passports of the couple and witnesses (2 witnesses), valid for their stay in Cuba
• Copy of the birth certificate in all cases
• Tourist visa
• If divorced, divorce certificate. If widowed, marriage certificate and death certificate of the former spouse
• If applicable, name change or adoption certificate
• In all cases, copies of tourist visa and passports apply
• All specific documents must be translated into Spanish and legalized by the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin
• All documents must be sent by email to the wedding coordinator at least six (6) weeks before arrival
